I've heard of it, don't beieve in it, and don't do it. It's most likley edible, but it may not be the greastest tasting.
    Why do people treat venison different than the meat they buy at the supermarket? I've never heard of anyone wanting to put beef, pork, or chicken on ice for two weeks!
    I recommend cooking and eating or storing your meat in a freezer after cutting.
