    If the meat that it was made from was in good condition when it was frozen to begin with and your refrigerator runs at less than forty degrees then you should be fine. However if the deer was left to age, was gut shot, or was harvested in very warm weather then four days would be pushing the limit as the frozen trim would have had bacteria that would start to multiply again during grinding and in the refrigerator.
