          It's ok if the highs stay below 28 (meat freezes at 28) and the deer is kept in the shade. I would not wait for it to thaw enough to skin by leaving it hang as temperatures in the thirties would require days to thaw as it would most likely re-freeze at night. The freezing thawing action would dry it out and may allow mold growth to start. Once it hits the 30's I would put it in a heated garage, get it thawed and process immediately.
