As a designated crop damage shooter for several years , I  hunt in 80 degree temperatures frequently. There are a few factors to consider when answering your question.
If the deer remains alive (poor shot) until you find it and finish it off you will be ok as far as the meat goes. If the deer dies and it takes more than a hour to find it, you'll have a problem with gas formation, bloating, and smell. You may be able to use the muscle meat but would want to avoid any meat that borders the internal cavity. If it's been dead over two hours in 80 degree temps you'll be best off to leave it as food for the predators, birds, and rodents that depend on carrion.
If you find it right away, field dress it and put it in the shade, you should be able to hunt for another hour or two.
The key is to rinse it with cold water and get it into a cooler as soon as you get home.
