For some unknown reason some people seem to think that venison is so different than other meats that you have to use some off the wall recipes when using it. It isn't!
    Go to www.recipesource.com and do a search of "meatloaf". You will come up with 102 meatloaf recipes. When it calls for ground beef, pork, veal, lamb, turkey, or chicken use venison instead. I'm sure you will find several that are fantastic!
