If you had a good vacuum, your frig is under 40F, and you cooked it to at least 150F, I doubt if you'll have any problems.  However if you ever find yourself in the circumstance again I recommend you re-freeze the meat you didn't eat. Contrary to what a lot of people may think, we refreeze venison quite often and have had no problems other than moisture loss which we correct by marinating and/or seasoning.
