At those temperatures you need to get your deer in a commercial cooler ASAP. If you check  FAQ's #47 & #48 you'll find that I personally do not believe that the deer of today need to be aged and if you are going to age them the only proper way is in a commercial cooler.
    Your other opition is to skin and quarter or de-bone it right away and freeze it for processing later.
