It will be edible, the question is how good will it taste? Bacteria won't grow under freezer conditions, but the meat will lose it's moisture over time which may not enhance the taste.
    If you are talking ground venison with pork added then I would not use it as pork does not hold up as well frozen.
    Another major factor is how was it wrapped? Double wrapped it may be ok, single wrapped and it is most likely is very freezer burned.
    My suggestion is to spend the $3.00 on Ground Chuck and dump the venison that's that old. Why chance it?
