We are happy to help you, however you need to provide additional information. Imagine if all the sausage in the supermarket was not labeled, how would a person know how to fix it? Keep in mind that venison is just another source of protein just like beef, pork, and chicken. We prepare it the way you would the same cut or sausage made from other meats.
    What you need to know is what kind of link it is?  Is it fresh sausage, smoked sausage, or pre-cooked sausage? Is it a dinner sausage link, snack link, or breakfast link?
    Is it made out of straight venison or mixed with pork, beef, or other meats?
