Seeing that you're not the first one to ask about this, I decided to do some searching and find a source for everybody. Here's a website that has the seasoning for "Venison Bacon" for either 12.5# or 25# batches with instructions.
This is a very reputable company that is popular in Wisconsin. They also make some really top of the line smokers for commercial use.
Just go to "Sausage Seasonings' and then to "Smoked Sausage Seasonings"
