To the best of my knowledge it is illegal to sell "wild venison /game" in all states. However it is legal to raise and sell domestic venison, subject to the state laws if sold in state and subject to federal inspection if sold interstate.
If you do a search of "domestic venison" on any of the search engines you will find several sources for purchasing domestic venison.
