Your meat should be perfectly fine.
    When gutting a deer the first thing I do is to lay it on it's side and using a straight blade knife I cut around the anus (and  vagina on a doe) and pull everything out until it breaks off. Then proceed with the normal gutting and you should end up with it completely clean all the way from neck through the pelvic cavity.
    If a dressed deer has a stronger than normal odor in the cavity try sprinkling the inside with baking soda after rinsing. Let hang for a while then rinse again. (If gut shot, let hang overnight (if below 40 degrees) then rinse again the next day.
    You'll may find that the odor on you meat will dissipate after being frozen.
