There are several factors to consider when discussing the life of your venison after placing it in the refrigerator. If you thawed the loins it should be no problem at all, if it is the ground meat then consider the following:

1) Was the deer fresh and in good shape when originally processed?
2) Does your refrigerator run at 40 degrees or less?
3) Is there any negative smell to the meat as of now?

If you can answer yes to the first two and no to the last one I feel you should have no problem. However I would use the meat ASAP.
