Sorry to say the heart and liver are two things I've never experimented with. Now with all the hysteria over CWD and the World Health Organization recommending that hunters not consume internal organs I probably never will.I have had a customers tell me that pickled heart is very good, and I would venture to say that they could be cured with our "Corned Vension Seasoning' and then prepared by boiling. I would also imagine there would be recipes on recipesource.com that you can access from our links page.
